Alchemy & Stone Collective is a women-owned and operated silversmith workshop that creates the space and access to fine jewelry making while cultivating community. Drawn into the beauty and magic gemstones can bring to individuals, Alchemy & Stone aims to create a space of reverence for material, process, and intrigue.
Alchemy & Stone came to me looking for a fresh take on their branding. Their main goal was to feature a moon. I wanted their new brand identity to be as intentional and crafted as they were about their process and connection to the community.
For the logo I was drawn to this font that felt delicate, but strong, much like jewelry making itself. The balance and hierarchy of the logo came together perfectly, creating a unique and flexible logo suite.
The colors of this brand palette are my 'second-glance' at gemstones. Leading with an off-emerald green and adding in unexpected pops of bright yellows and opalescent periwinkle, at first it felt like it was a wild combination, but then you start to notice how often these colors show up together in gemstones and the environments that created them.
